Support

Questions, bugs, wishes — just write.

There is no support team behind Interim, Pensum, Aquifer and Nadir — just one person, who reads every message herself. Help with a specific app: Interim, Pensum, Aquifer, Nadir.

Email: app@goswami.de
You will usually hear back within a few days, in English or German.

Interim, Pensum and Aquifer have a Settings → Contact entry that prepares the message for you: app version, build, iOS version and device model are filled in already. That saves a round of questions.

Nadir does not have that entry yet — there, please write to the address above and mention the version, your iOS version and your device yourself.

If you prefer to write directly, please mention the app, its version (at the bottom of Settings) and your iOS version.

Interim — intermittent fasting: schedules, streak, Live Activity, weight from Health

Pensum — brain training: levels, rounds, exporting your history

Aquifer — water tracking: daily goal, glass sizes, Apple Watch, Health

Nadir — fitness and recovery: Health permissions, Apple Watch, calibration, journal

What helps most: what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. For anything visual, a screenshot usually says more than a description.

If you can make the problem happen again, please include the steps. Anything reproducible is usually fixed quickly.

No. None of the four apps has a sign-up, a login or a password. So there is nothing to reset — and no access you could lose.

No. All apps store everything on the device only; there is no server and no iCloud sync between devices. Two devices therefore keep separate records.

The one exception is Aquifer, where iPhone and Apple Watch keep each other up to date. That happens directly between your own two devices.

If you restore the new device from an iCloud or computer backup, the app data comes along, because it is part of the device backup. If you set the device up as new, you start from scratch. Pensum (CSV) and Nadir (CSV and JSON) have a data export.

The apps are free. Interim, Pensum and Aquifer contain a voluntary tip — one-off, no subscription, and it unlocks nothing; every feature is there anyway. Nadir does not even have that.

Payments are handled entirely by Apple. Receipts, payment problems and refunds therefore go through reportaproblem.apple.com rather than through us — we see neither your name nor your payment details.

Each app has its own privacy policy: Interim, Pensum, Aquifer, Nadir. The website has its own. Requests about your rights under the GDPR go to the same address: app@goswami.de.

The provider details, including postal address and phone number, are in the imprint.
